These Conditions of Use and Disclaimer (Conditions), set out important information about the Prime Healthcare Group’s Mobile APP, “Primehealth ME”

 

Use of the Mobile APP

This Mobile APP is provided to you for your personal use subject to these Conditions.

Prime Healthcare Group (PHCG) may update these Conditions from time to time, for legal or regulatory reasons, or to allow the proper operation of the Mobile APP. The changes will apply to the use of the Mobile APP after we have given you notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Conditions you should not continue to use the Mobile APP. If you continue to use the Mobile APP after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Mobile APP indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Conditions.

 

Intellectual property

The content of the Mobile APP is protected by copyright, trade-marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display content from the Mobile APP on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not on a server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Mobile APP without written permission from PHCG.

 

Liability

We will not be responsible for any losses whatsoever that you may suffer, whether direct, indirect or consequential, as a result of or as a consequence of your use of the Mobile APP.

We make no promise that the materials on the Mobile APP are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Arab Emirates, and accessing the Mobile APP from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Mobile APP from elsewhere, you do so at your own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Laboratory results

  1. Individual laboratory investigations should not be considered as conclusive and should be used along with other relevant clinical examinations to achieve the final diagnosis. Therefore, these reported results are for the information of referring clinician and your record.
  2. The values of a laboratory investigation are dependent on the quality of the samples as well as the assay procedures used.
  3. PRIMEconfirms that all tests have been carried out with reasonable care, clinical safety & technical integrityHowever due to certain factors such as reagent inconsistency, machine breakdown etc. beyond its control which could affect the testing, it does not make any representation or give any warranty about the accuracy of the reported results.
  4. The test results are to be used for help in diagnosing/ treating medical diseases & not for forensic applications. Hence these results cannot be used for medico-legal
  5. In case you are not the intended recipient of the lab results, please immediately notify PRIME. Any disclosure, copy or distribution of any contents of theseresults, is unlawful and is strictly prohibited.
  6. All dispute/claims concerning to thisreport are subject to UAE jurisdiction only

 

Prescription:

  1. All Medicines shown in this App are as per UAE drug formulary.
  2. The dose, frequency and duration prescribed during the visit is limited to the physician advise for that visit and not to be used for refill without physicians advise.
  3. The medication reminder is set as per the international standard of medication administration timing, however, please follow the instruction of your physician if it’s different from this App timing.

 

Appointments:

  1. The request for appointment is not a grantee for booked appointment, its subjected to the availability of the free slots and for confirmation, please call 047070999
  2. The booked or confirmed appointment might be cancelled or rescheduled based on the availability of the physician.
